Scope:

These terms apply to all services, bookings, and use of the website www.sansuk.ch 

Services & Booking:

All services are presented online and subject to availability.

Bookings can be made online or by phone.

A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.

Prices & Payment:

All prices are indicated in CHF, including VAT at the applicable rate of 8.1%.

Payment can be made online, by card, or in cash at the salon.

We reserve the right to refuse a booking in case of non-payment.

Cancellation & Changes:

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment will incur an 80% fee.

No-shows without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service.

If a booking is made with a credit card that has insufficient funds and the appointment is not attended, the full amount will be charged at the next visit.

Insurance Reimbursement:

At the moment, only our "Traditional Thai Massage method" is recognized by ASCA/RME for potential reimbursement.
Clients are responsible for checking their individual insurance coverage prior to booking.
TGJ San Suk Sàrl cannot be held responsible for any issues, delays, or refusal of reimbursement by insurance providers.

Health Conditions:

Massage treatments may not be suitable in certain cases (e.g. early pregnancy, medical conditions, recent surgery).
If in doubt, please contact us before booking.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if conditions are not suitable.

Liability:

Clients are responsible for informing the therapist of any health conditions.
TGJ San Suk Sàrl declines liability in case of incomplete or incorrect information.

Personal Data:

Personal data is used only for booking and customer management.
You may request access, modification, or deletion of your data at any time via email.

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction: Geneva.
