Can you tell us a little about yourself and the challenges faced in 2024?

I am 32 years old and I live in Geneva. I am the manager of San Suk, a therapeutic massage therapy space which reflects my values of hospitality and well-being.
In 2024, we faced many challenges in relaunching the San Suk brand and optimizing our operations. We introduced the SalonKee platform for online bookings, which improved the customer experience. It’s gratifying to see our efforts bear fruit, thanks to a committed team and loyal customers—this is just the beginning, because 2025 looks promising!
Yes, this accreditation is an important milestone for San Suk, and TAN has played a crucial role in this process.
It recognizes our expertise in therapeutic massage therapy, helps promote our message about alternative techniques for good health.
And it allows our customers to benefit from reimbursements from major insurance companies*, reinforcing our credibility and commitment to quality.
What is your vision for 2025?
For 2025, we aim for growth and innovation while remaining connected to our local community. We plan to establish new partnerships, launch innovative services and implement promotions focused on our customers.
Our refurbished website, www.sansuk.ch, will support this digital transformation by allowing online reservations and subscriptions to our newsletter, we will also bring to life our social networks such as Facebook and others.
